This pretty little bird reminds me of my trip to Michigan a few years ago. I was pregnant with my daughter autumn and it was FREEZING. It was cold and gray for most of the visit, but it was a lot of fun. I also was fortunate enough to see several cardinals out the back window of my in-laws house. They were beautiful.
